To facilitate international exchanges for teachers and students, advocate for streamlined curriculum content, encourage students in self-directed learning and career exploration, and expand the flexibility of learning during winter and summer breaks, our school has been implementing the '16+2 weeks of classes' per semester since the 109th academic year before the merger. Following the merger in February 2021 (the second semester of the 109th academic year), the practice of 16+2 weeks continued. The 17th and 18th weeks were designated for flexible supplementary teaching. This practice has been in effect for over three academic years. Additionally, starting from the 112th academic year, our school officially announced that the standard number of class weeks is 16. We kindly request teachers' assistance in arranging subsequent course matters.

Our school plans to formally adjust the number of weeks per semester to 16 weeks starting from the academic year 113. To explain this to the faculty and students and gather opinions extensively, we will hold a public hearing and open an additional meeting venue at the Guangfu Campus.
